I am new in this gabb watch. I feel disappointed. The watch have problem with the location and the battery.

I have checked every single setting on my daughter’s phone compared to my son’s phone where I can see my son’s location, but I can’t see my daughter’s location if anybody has had this problem in the past or knows how to fix it please let me know

I got my son a Gabb watch for Christmas so we could keep his location when he is outside playing. I set his watch up but the location button doesn’t work. It shows my location but not his. The location icon will keep twirling and then say that the battery is low so it can’t locate. His watch is connected to our wifi but I’m wondering what the cellular plan I bought into does? How can o fix this?? I’m incredibly frustrated.
Has there been serious issues with Galaxy phones and the MyGabb app as far as location services? We have the Gabb Watch 3 and it hasn't worked a single time. If I click the locate button I get the "Wait 15 minutes after starting the device" and the scroll wheel circles endlessly. The location is stuck somewhere we've never even been with the watch. I've followed every single suggestion as far as deleting the app, the cache, re-pairing the device, checking the deep sleep status? If the only reason I have the watch doesn't function what is the point of buying it in the first place?

How often are we all needing to restart the watch or forget the watch and reconnect? Every single day and it's getting tiring. My daughter hates it because it deletes her progress on her pet (just shutting it off and turning it back on) I feel like it shouldn't be this difficult to be able to see where my child is when she has the watch on. It's the 3e watch.

@ReaganKowal I've done all of the things aside from calling customer support, serious phone anxiety here, but maybe I'll have to get over that?
Everything is updated phone text work but anytime I try to locate is say it cannot locate. Hasn't located since last year.
