Gabb Messenger not working

My daughter just got her Gabb 4 pro phone yesterday, and we can't send any text's or make any calls, I talked with a Gabb Support person and they're sending us another Sim card. But I'm not convinced that that's the problem. Any Idea's? Every time I try to send a text it says "failed to send"

And I have 2 or three Internet bars and I have mobile. When I try to turn on Wi-Fi calling it says "Unable to activate wifi calling at this time"

I'm out of ideas!

    So sorry to hear you are experiencing this trouble with the Messenger app on your Gabb Phone 4 Pro. It's great that you were able to contact our Customer Support to troubleshoot this. We can assure you the this is an error with your devices connection to the network in your area. To troubleshoot this error, these are the best troubleshooting steps to follow:

    1. Update Firmware and Software on the Gabb Phone 4 Pro:
      1. Navigate to the Knox E Fota app and check for updates
      2. Google Play Store app and tap the circle in the top right > Manage Apps and Devices > The second line should say "All apps up to date" or "Download/install updates."
    2. Reset Network Settings on Gabb Phone 4 Pro:
      Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings
    3. SIM card reset:
      1. Turn off the device
      2. Remove the SIM card
      3. Turn the phone on (without the SIM card inserted)
      4. Wait for the error message
      5. Turn the phone back off
      6. Reinsert the SIM card
      7. Power back on
      8. Wait 5 minutes and then retest
    4. Network Reset with Customer Support:
      1. Ask a Customer Support agent to help troubleshoot this error through a Network Reset
      2. Contact Customer Support by Live Chat on www.gabb.com, or by phone at 385.235.6646 Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m-6:30 p.m., MT or Saturday from 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. MT
    5. Replace the SIM card:
      1. If the above troubleshooting steps do not help resolve the network error, a new SIM card will be sent out as the next troubleshooting step.
