in Gabb watches
I keep getting the device or ID null error when trying to setup my Gabb 3 watch. How do I correct this?

Hello @pcharette,
Good news! Our product team quickly investigated this error and released an update to resolve it. As of August 30th, the new update was released. Please ensure your MyGabb app is on the most recent update. To do so, you can delete the apps and re-download it on your parent phone.
