I have a charge that I received for activating the service but I paid it when I placed the order, is this normal?

    Hello @Murillas0505,

    The activation fee should only be applied once. If that fee applied to your initial order, it should have not applied for a second time at activation. It's great to see that you were able to contact our Customer Support team and get this resolved.
