Cancel a request
My daughter lost her watch so I requested a cancellation. My app stated no contract, so I thought there wouldn’t be a termination fee, however after I requested the cancellation, I looked at my last bill and it showed that I do have a contract remaining. In that case, I would like to cancel my request for service termination and continue to look for the device. Is there any way for me to do this?

Great question! Our Billing Department handles all cancelations. They will contact you via email as soon as they get to your cancelation request. If you do not wish to move forward with the cancelation, you can communicate that to the Billing agent.
You can also talk with our Customer Support team to personally cancel the request through chat at www.gabb.com, or by phone at 385.235.6646 Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m-6:30 p.m., MT or Saturday from 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. MT.
