wifi settings

How do I turn OFF the wifi and keep it off? For some reason the wifi keeps turning on after I turn it off. I have tried all the basic ways to turn it off through all the settings. It must be a software issue or an app that I cannot control. Please help, thanks!

    Hi @Garrett,

    Good question! Our software does not interfere with the status of the WiFi being toggled on or off. To toggle off the WiFi, please follow these steps:

    1. Open Settings
    2. Select WiFi
    3. Select Network & Internet
    4. Toggle off WiFi

    If you wish to have the device not connected to WiFi when it is toggled on, you can select "Forget Network" in the WiFi Settings.
