Why can't auto android won't link to my car for my apps. I want Waze to link to the car.

Sorry to hear you are having some trouble with the Auto Android app. Here are some troubleshooting steps to help troubleshoot:

1. Reset Settings on Gabb Phone 4 Pro:
   1. Open Settings App -> General Management -> Reset -> Reset Wifi & Bluetooth
   2. Open Settings App -> General Management -> Reset -> Reset Mobile Network Settings
2. Un-install/Re-Install app:
   1. Un-install the Auto Android app from your Gabb Phone
   2. Re-Install the app from the Google Play Store

How can I delete the app when Gabb doesn't give me permission to.

Hi @RemsenB,

You can un-install a 3rd party app through your MyAccount the same way you enabled it:

1. Log into your MyAccount
2. Select Gabb App Store
3. Find the desired app
4. Select Remove

You can also Uninstall the app on the Gabb Phone 4 Pro by following these steps:

1. From the home screen:
   1. Long press on the desired app
   2. Select Uninstall
2. From the Google Play Store
   1. Search and select the desired app
   2. Select Uninstall

My son's 4 pro phone will not connect to his android auto in his truck. I would like for him to have a better screen to view his map when he drives instead of the phone screen.

The App won't even open on my device. The developers haven't given any access to the app through the playstore. I would truly appreciate for it to be an option as It's a saftey feature for handsfree
