Help! I look on my children's text threads and realize that I only receive a few of the messages that I should as flagged texts in my app. How do I fix that? thanks!

I got the parent messenger app, and all I get is a "whoops something went wrong , we were not able to activate flagged messages" error. When I try to sync messages on my kid's phone by going to message settings and then troubleshooting, it says "failed to syncronize some settings".
How in the world do i get this parent messenger app to tell me ANYTHING AT ALL!!!!
When I try to go to the contacts part of the parent messenger app the error that was there for the flagged messages is still there, and won't go away, or let me add or block contacts etc….
Super unhappy with the parental control on this phone.

I was seeing flagged messages from my child’s phone on the Gabb messenger parent app until about a week ago. I get notifications like “your child has received a flagged text” but no messages are there when I check. When I try to re-add the device he has, the app immediately closes and makes me begin the whole process again. Is anyone else having this issue??

I just spent 2 hour on with support and tried everything numerous times. Now they want me to hard factory reset , said they would give me the instructions and ended the chat. I just hope all the numbers are still in there if we do reset. It seems like this is more than a factory reset like an update needs to come out to fix this bug
Hi! I just got the Gabb phone 4 pro and cannot sync the parent Gabb messenger app with my child’s phone, even when following all of the above steps, which means I can’t verify any contacts or use the video call (as advertised on Gabb website). I’m surprised this problem has been going on for months it seems looking at this threads. Customer service just told me that this problem has been going on for a few weeks and they don’t have a timing for when it will resolved.
Has anyone found a solution by chance? Thanks for your help

I’m still not able to communicate with my child as a parent. Took hours to get the invitation for guardian to be in the parent control app.. really would appreciate talking with customer service, as we just signed up 2 phones to the unlimited service and already disappointed.. can someone help please?
