the tracking locks up OFTEN. To reset we need to turn the watch off and back On. Please make that an option the parent control app can do. I have to text my child, have him reset.. I would rather be able to do that when it’s needed.

If you do not see a change after following the above troubleshooting steps, the next steps will involve unpairing and pairing back to the Gabb Watch. This is due to the fact that the connection between the Gabb Watch 3 and MyGabb app is experiencing an interference.
