Does anyone know why the video calls I make to the Gabb 4 phone would be dark? They are so dark that my kids have to use a ring light to make it look like a normal call on my end(anyone not using the Gabb phone). Otherwise it's almost pitch black even in a well lit room.

The option for gesture typing on the Gabb Phone 4 Standard AOSP keyboard setting does not work. According to a Google search this is due to a library file not being installed. Can the issue be fixed or can another keyboard be offered through the parent app? Thanks!

I just learned that Gabb's phone log does not show numbers that have been blocked. Although a number has been blocked, a message can still go to voicemail on the phone. That voicemail can be a scam or another form of exploitation, but parents cannot see the number in the phone log. I think this omission is a serious one.
I would like the location app to keep a log of where my child has been, not just where they are currently. This feature is available on other apps but they will not be approved because you can text via the location monitoring app (ie Life 360).
