Kid a bit clumsy and watch screen is now busted. Where can it be sent for repair?

Sorry to hear that your Gabb Watch screen got damaged! Unfortunately, we do not repair screens as the cost is almost equivalent to repair compared to a new device. If you purchased the Extended Warranty Plan for your line during your initial order, you will be eligible to get a replacement Watch through this warranty. To get that order placed, please contact our Customer Support by chat at www.gabb.com, or by phone at 385.235.6646 Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m-6:30 p.m., MT or Saturday from 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. MT.
If you do not have the extended warranty for that line, you can purchase a replacement through your Gabb Account online. From a computer:
- Login at gabb.com/account
- On the left hand side, select
Replace Device
- Select your replacement device and checkout
Once you receive the replacement device, visit gabb.com/activate to transfer service from the old broken watch to the new one. For more info on purchasing, see this Help Article.
