Kid a bit clumsy and watch screen is now busted. Where can it be sent for repair?

    Hello @Dadgabb22,

    Sorry to hear that your Gabb Watch screen got damaged! Unfortunately, we do not repair screens as the cost is almost equivalent to repair compared to a new device. If you purchased the Extended Warranty Plan for your line during your initial order, you will be eligible to get a replacement through that warranty. To get that order placed, please contact our Customer Support by chat at www.gabb.com, or by phone at 385.235.6646 Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m-6:30 p.m., MT or Saturday from 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. MT.

    If you do not have the extended warranty for that line, you can purchase a replacement through your Gabb Account online. From a computer:

    1. Login at gabb.com/account
    2. On the left hand side, select Replace Device
    3. Select your replacement device and checkout

    Once you receive the replacement device, visit gabb.com/activate to transfer service from the old broken watch to the new one. For more info on purchasing, see this Help Article.
