Issue with camera on Gabb 3pro
I've spoken to chat support twice now about the camera and face id on the gabb phone 3 pro. After restarting phone, the camera works. After a little while, this time about 20 minutes, the camera failed and the face id to unlock the phone failed. One tech had me reset the settings, the 2nd time they had me reset/delete the cache. Still having issues, and I just chatted with someone 20 minutes ago. Help?

- Reset Settings:
- Open Settings App -> System -> Reset Options -> Reset Wifi & Bluetooth
- Open Settings App -> System -> Reset Options -> Reset App Preferences -> Reset Apps
- Open Settings App -> System -> Reset Options -> RESET SETTINGS
- Clear Cache:
- Open Settings App -> Storage -> Cache -> Cache Data -> Okay
Due to the troubleshooting steps not resolving the error, our team will need to continue troubleshooting with you to help preform a
factory reset
to the device. Here is what they will need to do these steps with you:- The device will need to be logged into and backed up to the Gabb ID
- Need a WiFi connection
- Plan on 15-30 minutes for the chat or phone interaction for troubleshooting
