Line not unsuspending

I suspended the line. Now it only offers “suspend line,” so I cannot unsuspend it. I logged out, tried another device, and even tried clicking suspend- which tells me it’s suspended, but never changes to unsuspend. I can’t reach customer service.

    When your MyAccount is giving you trouble syncing the End Suspend command, a manual command from our Customer Support may be needed. It's great to see that you were able to reach out to our team and have them help with this. They were able to complete the activation of your device and get it up and running again.
