I find it strange that both parents can't login to GabbMessenger with their unique phone numbers/usernames. Why is only one parent allowed to check flagged messages or video call?

We need access to the parent messenger app! Equal access for both parents!
I wish I could vote for this a thousand times over. It makes no sense to have the only way to change access/controls via an app that only one person can access. Messenger is billed as a way for family to connect with kids, but it doesn't function that way at all.
can’t u have the app on wither parent’s phone and then log in under the same username? Its my moms account, but i control everything under her username. I assume that child’s father could get the app on his phone and log into under the account name and password would have to be shared?
Both myself and my partner need to be able to access all of the parental controls. The guardian accounts need to have the same access to add contacts, monitor use, etc that the primary parent has. I have read similar posts and the feedback from the Gabb team has been that they are considering this feature with no timeline to implement it, which doesn’t make it sound like a priority for them. I hope more parents will continue to provide feedback about this very necessary feature!
I’m a dad in a blended family, and I’m not comfortable with having to share private information with my coparent. It makes no sense that there can be multiple authorized parents on the watch and not on the phone - which is a device more in need of parental supervision. The development team not implementing this change shows that they have not thought about the huge demographic of parents that have to work within the confines of a coparenting arrangement. If this isn’t implemented soon I’ll definitely be returning the phone I just purchased.
