There aren't any details on the site about what specific changes the 3e brings over the Gabb 3. Is there a changelog anywhere which goes over what is new with this device? Specifics would be excellent.

Thank you for asking! Although the 'e' in Gabb Watch 3e doesn't have one official meaning, it is a major system update to our Gabb Watch 3. Some of the 'e' meanings we like to think of are 'energy efficient’, ‘enhanced tracking’, ‘easy setup', and 'enjoyable interface'. These 'e's are achieved through enhanced battery life, improved GPS tracking, simplified setup process, and updates to create a smoother interface.

I think my child's watch updated today because I got notified via the app that it turned off. How would I know that this was related to the update?

I have purchased two watches via gab website including plans for both with contract. I received an email stating that my watches were activated. Once I receive them and try to connect them to my account I am receiving a message that no plan has been selected. I have tried to reach Customerservice via phone as well as a live chat with no success on either. I am becoming extremely frustrated with the lack of customer service and support when I’m calling in business hours. . I’m at the point of wanting to return both watches and just purchase through another company altogether. I have read through all discussion questions and tips and steps of adding devices and nunn have been successful.
