Phone upgrade

i receive an email that said it was eligible for a free upgrade. I click through all the prompts and ordered the new upgraded watch. But i am currently being charged for both watches.

    Love hearing that you were able to upgrade your line! We're happy to have you as part of our Gabb family. It sounds like something may have happened along the upgrade process to cause the main line not to upgrade but add an additional line. So sorry for any trouble this caused.
