Sim card permanently blocked?

in Gabb phones

Help! My daughter somehow screwed around with the settings of her gabb phone and now it says sim card permanently blocked emergency calls only. I already paid the bill for this month. Is the phone usable or should I disconnect it?

    So sorry for the concern with your Gabb Phones SIM card locking. This can occur if a foreign SIM card is put into the Gabb Phone. Our team would need more information to determine the cause.

    This can be resolved through troubleshooting or receiving a new SIM card. Our team would be more than happy to assist with this troubleshooting.
