Upgraded phone for one daughter but need new number for old phone to add line but it won’t let me.

Love to hear that you upgraded your current line and want to open a second line. To activate a new line on the old phone, you will need to do what is called a BYOD. A Customer Support agent will need to process this as it is not an available option in your Gabb Account online.

**Note that there will be an activation fee as expected with all new lines. Once processed, a new number will be assigned to the phone and will be ready to go. Hope both your kids enjoy their new devices!
