911 Calling on Gabb Watch
Can we add the ability to call 911 to the Gabb Watch 3 in case of emergencies, or is there a reason why this is not possible?

This is a great question and feature idea. The 911 feature for any phone requires a specific feature that the Gabb Watch 3 does not have at this time. A great suggestion to would be to add a local police dispatch number as a contact. This may not be the same as 911, but it is a great resource!

good question. I just assumed they had it on there. But will look up my local dispatch number and add that for the kids

Thanks so much for this suggestion of 911 calling on the Gabb Watch 3. Due to regulations, Gabb Watches do not support 911. Although 911 cannot be added as a contact, the suggestion mentioned to add a local police dispatch as an approved contact is our recommendation. Thanks you for your comments and we hope this helps!

just curious, If the gabb watch is unable to call 911, why is there a “911 surcharge” added to our monthly bill?

Great question! Taxes are determined by the state the user lives in. As a company, we do not have an ability to change or adjust a tax that the state charges. We apologize for any confusion this has caused but appreciate your question.

I love Gabb and am very thankful for it's service. I do wish it had a service to contact 911 in case of an emergency!

I am considering canceling my services due to excessive fees that do not apply to my service. For example, Local 911 Surcharge of $2/month, State 988 Surcharge?? Gabb device cannot call not even call these numbers. How can you even be allowed to charge these fees? Please remove them.

Taxes and surcharges are excessive! My monthly bill is over 30% higher than anticipated due to added taxes and fees. How can you justify the “Local 911 Surcharge” of $2 a month when the Gabb device cannot call 911, as well as other surcharges that are not applicable to the Gabb device and services? These added fees are enough to make me want to cancel my service and were not transparent when signing up for service.
