Also, when trying to call/receive call with the gabb watch, it says I don't have service but I do?!

Good question! The time on the Gabb Watch 3 is automatic based on the location and time zone the device is in. Due to this, there is not a setting that allows you the change the time manually. If your device is showing the wrong time, here are a few troubleshooting steps to try:
First. You'll want to make sure your Gabb Watch 3 software is up to date by following these steps:

Second. Update your Gabb Watch 3 firmware:
