Account update

I am having a problem inputting my billing info. Whenever I try it erases. The circle will show that it is updating but then won't let me move on to the next screen. When I log out and try again same problem.
I'm trying to purchase a phone for my daughter but I'm having no luck.

Sorry to hear you are experiencing some trouble updating the billing information in your MyAccount. A great troubleshooting step to start with that you can do yourself is:
- Open an
Incognito Window
also known as aPrivate Window
. *Steps to open this window will vary depending on if you are on a computer or phone and what browser you are using.- Chrome on computer: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Apple on computer: File > New Private Tab
- Once in the new incognito window, search Gabb.com
- Log into your Gabb Account
- Account Information > "payment information" > Edit.
