Account update

I am having a problem inputting my billing info. Whenever I try it erases. The circle will show that it is updating but then won't let me move on to the next screen. When I log out and try again same problem.

I'm trying to purchase a phone for my daughter but I'm having no luck.

    Hi @Kristal82_

    Sorry to hear you are experiencing some trouble updating the billing information in your MyAccount. A great troubleshooting step to start with that you can do yourself is:

    1. Open an Incognito Window also known as a Private Window. *Steps to open this window will vary depending on if you are on a computer or phone and what browser you are using.
      1. Chrome on computer: Ctrl + Shift + N
      2. Apple on computer: File > New Private Tab
    2. Once in the new incognito window, search Gabb.com
    3. Log into your Gabb Account
    4. Account Information > "payment information" > Edit.

    If you are still experiencing the loading screen after following these steps, please contact Customer Support by phone at 385.235.6646 Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m-6:30 p.m., MT or Saturday from 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. MT. They will be able to help manually update that information for you on their end. Thank you!
