Can't Upgrade phone

Hi. I'm trying to upgrade my daughter's phone, but when I get to the upgrade part it doesn't have a phone to select. Should I get the new phone? If so will it keep the same number?

    Sorry to hear you were experiencing trouble with your upgrade order in your Gabb Account online at gabb.com/account. Happy to see that you were able to reach out to our Customer Support and get help with this situation. It looks like you were running into this trouble because the Gabb Phone 3 Pro was temporarily marked out of stock in that replacement flow. It's great that the agent suggested to order the phone through Amazon and then continue to work with Customer Support to activate the new phone onto the current line. They will help to make sure a second line will not be activated to your account on accident.

    Going forward, to replace a device for an existing line on a computer:

    1. Log in at gabb.com/account
    2. Click Replace Device
    3. Select your new device and checkout. When your replacement arrives, visit gabb.com/activate to set it up.
