Great question! The Gabb Phone must be connected to WiFi for the video call to complete. You Gabb Phone can only video call with other Gabb Messenger contacts that have a Gabb Phone, Gabb Phone Plus, Gabb Phone 3 Pro, Gabb Phone 4, or Gabb Phone 4 Pro. It can also video call their parents and vice versa. If Contact Management is set to ‘Parent-managed’, the child can only video call with contacts on the Approved Contact List.
