Multiple parents contacts being downloaded to my child’s phone

in Gabb phones
my children are being bombarded with parents contacts (over300 were deleted yesterday. What is going on with this feature?

- Update the Parent Messenger app on parent phone:
- This can simply be done by deleting and re-downloading the app
- You can also check for updates in the Apple Store/Google Play Store
- Ensure only one Gabb ID profile for each device:
- Log into your MyAccount at Gabb.com/account
- Select
Dashboard
- Select "

- Reset the Gabb Phone:
