Issues trying to log into Gabb Messages

I have been having issues getting into parent side of the messages of gabb. I click parent and put my number in but no code ever comes through. What do I do to pass this? Can I just log in with password?

Sorry to hear you were experiencing some trouble getting logged into the MyGabb App. It's great to see that you were able to contact our Customer Support to troubleshoot. They gave you these troubleshooting steps: Sync Settings Gabb Messenger: Open the Gabb Messenger App on the Child's Phone > Tap Settings in the bottom right corner > Tap Troubleshooting > Tap Sync.
