Setting up a child's profile
I purchased a watch for my granddaughter and my daughter's boyfriend's daughter. Two separate parents or contacts for the most part. I separate the accounts. My daughter already had set up profile accounts for both girls. I tried using the same information for my granddaughter that was set for the new account, its just seems like its on eternal loop. We are also trying to avoid unwrapping the other watch because we need to ship it out to another state. Any suggestions on this to get this account profile set up. Thank You.

Great question! Each device has its own individual IMEI and ICCID number assigned to them for activation. The second device will need to be activated with its own IMEI and ICCID number. If you use the same IMEI and ICCID number from the first device, you will get stuck in a loading loop as the first device has already been activated.
