I bought this watch for my daughter a month ago. No issues the first month.
She now said she couldn't use it.
When I was looking into it, I discovered that her watch keeps connecting to mobile data, then seconds later saying she doesn't have mobile data. During those changes, the screen also won't stay on. Clicking the buttons only helps temporary until the data disconnects again.
I tried teoubleshooting: factory reset and disconnected the watch from the Parent App and reconnected. Neither helped.
I'd like to resolve this as soon as possible.
