I requested an app, and it said "Congrats, your app has already been added!" Well, I keep going back to check, but the app isn't there.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems OP is not finding the app in the Gabb App Store at all. There is nothing for them to enable.

Great question! If you do not see that app in the Play Store on your Gabb Phone after enabling it in your MyAccount, here are some troubleshooting steps to follow:
Uninstall
Reinstall
Play Store app

Manage apps & device
Update apps

Yes, it is not available in the app library on gabb.com and I am not sure why or what is happening.
