Kindle App Warning

Our son was accessing inappropriate sexual content on the Kindle App. We have taken away his phone and discontinued our contract. I thought it was kind of funny that Gabb wouldn’t excuse the 100 dollar fee for breaking our contract because ‘there are warnings’ when you agree to the app, yes, but the content he was accessing was on the app itself, not on the web. The very reason I purchased this device is so that I wouldn’t have to monitor his phone!!! So disappointed. Has anyone else had issues with Kindle?
