Parent Choice, not a Gabb decision

How about letting parent's decide what Apps are appropriate for their children? This ridiculous assertion that Gabb knows better than we do, by forcing us to ask permission, is just ludicrous. Unless this is changed, the contract won't be renewed.
Three APPS— USAA Safe Pilot, Ride Ready and Copper Mountain. I have to ask pretty please, can you let me have this to Gabb for each one. I have yet to hear squat about it.
LET PARENTS DECIDE!

Thank you for this feedback, @Gabb1Blah2Blah!

My son needs an app installed on his phone, Road Ready to allow him to track his driving with a permit. There is no longer an option that I can find to request this. Again, why do I have to request an app?
You could just as easily allow parents with a code to either allow or deny an app installation. But no, we have to ask pretty please.
Furthermore, it has been weeks since I requested an app and have yet to hear anything. This company and set up is testing my patience.

Can't upvote this enough.. I submitted multiple apps around Christmas that are very similar to existing approved apps, and have heard nothing back at all. One of these is actually critical for my daughter's class, and instead of being able to use her Gabb phone she has to borrow my Wife's phone, which defeats the purpose of her even having a phone.
For a service where I have to pay an additional $60/year, at a minimum we should be given an SLA for app submission reviews, an ability to track where they are at, and see a list of new apps that have been approved or rejected, when and why. And IDEALLY we as the parent should be able to override and select apps that WE approve for our children that are not currently in Gabb's approved list. I can fully accept the fact that some apps might not work correctly in the locked down environment.
