my son’s Gabb watch 3 is stuck at the blue screen and won’t work. It won’t even let me reset using the 10 speed press. Also the watch is extremely hot and I am scared it will explode. It’s a new watch we just got it a month ago and I don’t understand what’s going on with it now?

This error you are experiencing could require further troubleshooting to ensure all is functioning properly as it is not responding to the factory reset steps. I’ve had this issue 4 times now in 2 months. This there a permanent fix coming so I don’t have to factory reset every few weeks?

Thanks for your comments on this post. We're so sorry that some of you have still been experiencing this blue loading screen.
We've continued to investigate your reports. We're planning on releasing a System Update in the near future to help with these instances of this. Although we don't have a scheduled day for the release, it should happen in the weeks that come. We're working hard to get the update out and will keep this thread updated when it becomes available.
