I have reset updated and my daughter still cannot receive or type text messages on her watch.

Hello, we just recieved and set up the new Gabb 3e, and it works as it's supposed to, except it doesn't recieved my response texts.

It has been about 2 weeks since my son's watch was able to send / receive text messages normally. I have tried updating the ID and software. Turning the watch on and off multiple times. His contact list hasn't changed in a while. When he taps the button to text anyone nothing happens. It's like the button is disabled. Sometimes my texts go through, but they take days. He can make and receive calls just fine.

Over the past week or two, my daughter's watch has stopped allowing her to enter anything in the free text field within the messaging app. The only option to send a message is using the available presets. This occurs irregardless of focus mode/quiet time being on or off. I have tried all of the app and system updates as recommended, with no change. How do we correct this issue?

As far as I can tell, it has been months since this issue was raised. I have followed all the trouble shooting steps but I still can not enter a custom text message. When tapping on the "blank" spot to enter the test, the interface doesn't establish focus and the digital keyboard does not appear (nor the option to use dictation). It is unacceptable that this issue has not been resolved to this date. You advertise these features but you currently don't support them! This needs to be fixed immediately. I also deserve a credit for this feature that you apparently no longer support but advertise that you do.
