Separate password for parent access on child’s phone

My child has just locked himself out of his phone by changing his password to a gesture password and promptly not remembering what he did. The process to fix this is to contact customer support but it is Saturday and customer support is closed and won’t be open until Monday. Any other phone company would have a 24/7 line. This is just one reason that it seems essential for the parent to be able to unlock the phone at anytime, either with the Gabb app or with a separate pin that I set up. It’s strange this isn’t already a feature.
