Photos converting to b+w

We have two Gabb4 pro phones and when my daughters receive photos a random assortment of them get converted to black and white. It is very frustrating! Any known fixes?

So sorry to hear you are experiencing this on your Gabb Phone 4 Pro. This is definitely not normal behavior for this device. Here are a few troubleshooting steps to try:

Reset on Gabb Phone 4 Pro:

1. Open Settings App -> General Management -> Reset -> Reset all settings
2. Open Settings App -> General Management -> Reset -> Reset mobile network settings
3. Open Settings App -> General Management -> Reset -> Reset Wifi & Bluetooth settings
4. Open Settings App -> General Management -> Reset -> Reset accessibility settings

This is not an error that we have received reports of. If you are anyone else experiences this after following these troubleshooting steps, please comment on this post. This will help our team better investigate this situation.

Hey there,

There is no “system” option in settings. Is there somewhere else to look?

Also this is on a Gabb Phone 4 pro
