We have two Gabb4 pro phones and when my daughters receive photos a random assortment of them get converted to black and white. It is very frustrating! Any known fixes?

Reset all settings
Reset mobile network settings
Reset Wifi & Bluetooth settings
Reset accessibility settings

There is no “system” option in settings. Is there somewhere else to look?

Why don't photos or videos come through right on my daughter's phone?? If she gets more than one at a time, they are super grainy and some are black and white. If someone sends her a video, it comes through as crummy audio and grainy still. Why is this happening?
