my phone is demanding a 9 digit code to unlock it

i woke up one day and turned on my gabb phone 3 pro is asking me for a 9 digit code, it claims "The device has been locked by Knox manage because of an OS compromise has been detected" it will work for a short period of time if i restart it but then lock again with the same message and code needed, have no idea why this is happening but any replies will be helpful, thank you.

    Great question! This is a safety feature each of our devices have. This feature will enable if the Gabb Software has been tampered with to keep the device safe from being compromised.

    Our Customer Support will be able to give you the 9 digit code to get the device unlocked. You can contact Customer Support by chat on, or by phone at 385.235.6646 Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m-6:30 p.m., MT or Saturday from 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. MT.
