Nothing but problems

We are on our 2nd Gabb Watch 3 in 6 months. I don't think either watched worked for more than 6 weeks. I was just told we need another replacement. Just curious if anyone has been a customer here for very long and had a positive experience. I have wasted more time than I care to admit dealing with support and troubleshooting.
