our son had his phone stolen and we were able to direct police to the address to recover the phone using the location function. now there is no address indicated just a bad picture of ta approximate location.

Great question! Our team saw feedback on this topic and quickly resolved this. You should see the address location and option to navigate now in your MyGabb app.
Ensure that your MyGabb app is up to date in the App Store/Google Play Store. When you select the profile of the device in the app, you will see that address in the right corner above the profile.
