How to get ahold of customer service besides online chat?

I ordered a 4 pro Slim Case and when I received my shipment with other items, I was left a note on my packaging list sheet that said "out of stock please contact support" but when I try to contact support, nobody is available. Any advice on how to resolve this quickly? I

      • Select the chat box at the bottom right hand corner of the screen
    • Phone Call
      • Call into our Customer Support agents at 385.235.6646
    • Direct Messaging on Facebook and Instagram
      • Send a direct message to us through Facebook or Instagram to get connected with our Customer Support

    Please contact our team during our support hours Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m-6:30 p.m., MT or Saturday from 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. MT.

    How on earth do I get help from this company? This is my 3rd attempt at getting help troubleshooting this phone. I've been on hold for nearly an hour now and there's still "more than 10 callers ahead of you." I had to hang up Friday because I couldn't wait any longer. Online chat was zero help. I don't even know if he was human. He just sent something that looked like it was copy and pasted from a FAQ page, as if I didn't check FAQs before I reached out. There was no personal interaction. After waiting 10 min for him to answer a question, he said he was going to have to ask his 2nd tier person, I gave up then. I'm still on hold. I'm not sure I want to be part of a company that makes it so hard for customers to get help. Sad. They used to be so good.
