Thankful
Yesterday a student brought a gun to my children's elementary school. Luckily no one was physically hurt .
My 6 year old messaged me from his watch when they went on lockdown. I was already at the school for a meeting and knew what was happening and was able to go get him but I'm SO thankful these services and products exist. He said when his teacher told him it wasn't a drill, he got really, really scared so sent me the message like we had talked about.
I've had numerous friends reach out and ask what watch the kids have because they want one for their kids after seeing the screenshot of my son's message to me. I HATE that this is our reality, but again, so thankful gabb exists.

Hi @Xine,
First, we thank you for your bravery in sharing this experience for us and others to see. We feel for you and your family as this is a very scary situation. We are relieved to hear that no one was harmed and that your child had their Gabb Watch on hand to text you to help them feel safety in such a scary moment.
Your family's preparedness to practice the proper text messaging to alert for danger is admirable. We are so thankful Gabb could be part of your family to help create a tool to keep yours and other children safe.
