Experiencing the same issue on both of my kids watches. They are devastated and now totally discouraged of trying to earn coins. We need an update! Please fix, Gabb!!

I'm having the same issue with my son's new watch. We've tried the steps above with no luck.
Please fix this soon. It's killed his motivation, not being able to get the cute axolotl he's been diligently saving for.

same issue. Saved up coins. Tried to purchase a pet. Lost all coins. No pet. Repeat. Same issue. Any resolution?

Just adding my voice to the long list here. We tried the update step posted back in September, manually readded all of the coins, and it still isn't working. We did see his purchase (the axolotl) briefly show up on the watch's main screen but it quickly disappeared.
Please fix this as soon as possible. This is not a good start to our relationship with Gabb.

same issue here. It is happening on two out of three of my kids’ watches. My kids are working hard to do their chores for several weeks just to have their hard work amount to nothing when the coins disappear and no pet to show for it. To say they are sad and disappointed is an understatement. This watch was their highlight of Christmas morning and now they are losing that joy along with any motivation to do their tasks in the Gabb go app. Please fix this issue or come up with a new system to reward these children.

Another frustrated mom here. We have three kids with new watches from Christmas and two of my children are experiencing this issue. They have tried using coins for three pets between the two of them and their coins are just lost with nothing to show for them. This has made for VERY sad children after they diligently did chores for several weeks to earn their coins. This is one of the main features we were looking forward to and it is highly disappointing that we can’t find a way to remedy this situation. Our kids are feeling quite upset about these watches that they were just jumping up and down about a few weeks ago on Christmas. Please fix this issue with buying pets faster GABB.

Why is the Gabb Go app still not working correctly? My son spent 350 coins on a pet, and the coins were taken, but the pet was not added. We have tried all the previous suggestions of software and firmware updates with no success. Does Gabb have a plan to fix this? I noticed no response to previous comments for several months.

Same issue and same very disappointed kid. For many of our kids, reward-based learning is the best way for them to learn and be motivated to do new things. This issue, though it seems trivial, isn’t to them and affect their progress. Imagine you worked for $1,000 then someone stole it from you. GABB, please provide an update and fix ASAP!

We are having issues with my daughter’s gabb watch as well as my son and daughter’s gabb phone. For the watch— she has tried really hard TWO DIFFERENT TIMES to buy another pet (the cat) and it doesn’t give it to her and just takes her coins. That is so frustrating and really discouraging for her. Can yall please get that fixed!!??? I see that it’s been going on for months for other people. For the phones: my son and daughter are trying to add photos to their contacts and there is no confirm button or anything so they aren’t able to do it. They have a gabb phone 4. Can you please get back to me with a fix for both. We have already updated everything.

Has there been a resolution yet? Can there be a feature for the parent to add points? None of the troubleshooting steps worked..
