Honestly it is getting ridiculous that it hasn't been fixed since this is a known problem since November. I am calling the support every month but seriously you guys need to escalate it and not ask consumers to escalate it. It needs to be fixed.

Same issue here with this phone. My child and I are very frustrated this has not yet been resolved. I'm getting close to dropping Gabb and moving to one of their competitors.

My child's phone has this same issue and it is very frustrating. It is also frustrating to see Gabb post on here about calling their support to escalate this issue when it is obvious this is a defect that should be prioritized.
Gabb, great customer support would realize this is a pretty big issue and would be prioritizing a fix to keep their customers happy.

Same problem here and sadly it has caused much unnecessary strife between my teenager and I. Please fix the problem! I’ve spent many hours trying to fix it with no solutions. I’ve had very frustrating issues with both Gabb phones (3 and 4pro). Not a happy customer.
