My wife, who was a guardian contact, accidentally deleted the app, and when she tried to log back in, she couldn't. It won't let her create an account because it says she already has one, but it also won't do a password reset because it says her email isn't associated with an account (the invite goes to her phone #). We've already spent two hours on the phone with tech support and they were unable to solve the issue. Has this happened to anyone else, and did you find a fix for it?
