Allow Game/Screentime Limit control - Gabb Watch 3e

We should be able to control every instance of a limit on these things at the price we pay monthly and for the device.

Playing for 5 minutes and then locked out for 8 hours… absolutely not. Let us control it. And while you're in there, look at any other baked in locks and controls we do not have access to as parents and give us control.
