my daughter misses out on her volleyball team chat because her phone cannot receive messages from email addresses. Does the latest phone support this? If not, we may need to cancel our service.

At this time, both our Gabb Phone 3 Pro and Gabb Phone 4 Pro do not support texting with email addresses. Apologies for any trouble this has caused with your daughter's volleyball team group message.
