We had a watch for our son and a watch for our daughter. We upgraded his watch to a phone. My husband did the set up for the phone and he has my sons account on his app but for some reason I am not able to add my son back into my app because it saying the device is already registered. I am the primary guardian on both of their accounts

Love to hear that you have upgraded from the Gabb Watch 3 to the Gabb Phone 3 Pro! Great question concerning the pairing process with the Guardian Contact.

When the Primary Contact has already paired by scanning the QR code in the Gabb Phone 3 Pros MyGabb App, the second parent has two options on how to pair:

1. Log into the MyGabb App on the parent phone with the same Username and Password the Primary Contact
2. Log into the MyGabb App on the parent phone after creating a Guardian Contact profile by following the steps in this article.

A Guardian Contact does not need to scan the QR code on the Gabb Phone 3 Pro to pair like the Primary Contact does. After creating the profile and logging into the MyGabb app, the derive will be paired to the app. Hope this helps!
