Have had several problems with the Gabb Phone 3 Pro recently, can anyone help?

My daughters have the Gabb Phone 3 Pro, and it gets the job done but there are a lot of kinks in the system.

One problem we had was that all of the photos taken by the device were deleted when trying to create more storage. We tried to restore them through the Gabb cloud, and nothing. All of the photos have been gone for months and have not gotten them back. This means memories from a span of about a year, including by daughter’s sports season and school photos which is very disappointing to lose. We were aware of the Gabb cloud before this and had them backed up, so it just happened to be unreliable in that area.

Recently, we had to sign into the GabbID on the device, and as soon as we were logged in, the phone reset as it was months ago. By this, I mean the wallpaper, contact photos, Home Screen, (etc) all changed back to how they were several months ago. All of the apps that were downloaded on the phone also disappeared. (All or any progress or information in the apps lost). We are now unable to download any apps since then. The Play Store app does not work, and when approving the apps on the Gabb website, they never show up on the Gabb phone.

This is just one of several problems we have had, but it is the most recent and problematic one. Would be much appreciated if anyone has ever experienced this and could help us. Thank you.

    So sorry to hear about this experience you have had when upgrading to your new Gabb Phone 3 Pro. This is definitely not a normal experience with the device. This experience could be due to the Gabb Cloud in the Gabb ID not regularly updating or backing up the information on device.

    To ensure the desired data is backed up to the Gabb Cloud, please follow these steps:

    • Keep your device connected to a strong Wi-Fi source regularly
    • Stay logged into the Gabb ID profile
    • Do not create a new Gabb ID profile

    If you have forgotten the login information to your Gabb ID profile, you can update the password information through your MyAccount on the website. Here are the steps to follow if needed:

    • Log into your MyAccount
    • Select "View Details" on the line you are working with
    • Select "Change Password" under the Gabb ID information
