Can’t add additional Guardian
I need help adding additional guardians. Want to add my husband so my child can contact him anytime also but the email from Gabb doesn’t send to him. It just says pending beside his name. Checked all his email folders and email isn’t there . But if I take him off as a guardian, he gets an email telling him he’s been taken off. Can’t get the email to accept. What do I do??

Great question! So happy to see you were able to reach out to our Customer Support team to help get this resolved. Our team clarified that our MyGabb app only allows for one Guardian Contact. A second Guardian Contact is not an available feature at this time. This would be great feedback to add to our Feature Idea page!
