I’m having trouble updating my child watch. I’ve removed the perilous device but the ICC number on the box is getting an error code. This should be easier.

Here are the steps to activate the new device through your MyAccount:

If you receive an error when preforming this activation, our amazing Customer Support team can help get this completed. They can be contacted by chat on www.gabb.com, or by phone at 385.235.6646 Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m-6:30 p.m., MT or Saturday from 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. MT.
Once the new device is activated, ensure you have unpaired from the old device before pairing to the new device. To unpair and pair, please follow these steps in your MyGabb App:
