my bank account was hacked and is frozen tell fixed anyway you can leave my kids service on tell i get that resolved. And ill pay for august and Septembers bill

So sorry to hear about your bank account getting hacked! We do not have a delay monthly payments at this time. Our system does account for a 4-5 day period where notifications are sent letting the customer know the payment was missed. After the period of notifications, service will be temporarily suspended until the payment has been made.
To update card information in you MyAccount, please follow these steps:
- Log into your MyAccount on the Gabb.com website
- Select Account Information
- Select "Payment Information"
- Select Edit
- Once the new information is updated, select Save.
Your payment will be pushed through by our system. If your line has already been suspended due to a missed payment, our amazing Customer Support team will be able to quickly help. They can be contacted by chat on www.gabb.com, or by phone at 385.235.6646 Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m-6:30 p.m., MT or Saturday from 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. MT.
