Is there a way to see monthly mobile data usage in my account?

In the web interface, I can see how many texts have been sent and the duration of all phone calls. Is there a way to monitor how much mobile data my child's phone is using, or do we just have to be surprised if he goes over the limit?

Great question! You are correct that you are able to see the Call Logs and Text Logs through your MyAccount. At this time, data usage information in your MyAccount is not yet and available feature. You can check data uses through two different means at this time:

1. Check Data Usage on device:
   1. Open the Settings App
   2. Select "Connections"
   3. Select "Data Usage"
   4. You will see an overview of your data usage. You can tap on different sections to see more detailed information, such as how much data each app has used.
2. Pull Data Logs with Customer Support
   1. Our Customer Support team can pull Data Logs in our system
   2. Customer Support can be contacted by chat on www.gabb.com, or by phone at 385.235.6646 Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m-6:30 p.m., MT or Saturday from 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. MT.
